How to book a court
Only Primary Members can book a court (family members do not have access)
Booking a Court
Click on Tennis Court Booking or Pickleball Court Booking² at the menu list.
²Pickleball Court Booking courts 1, 2, 3, 4 are available for play from 8am to 10pm
Courts 5 and 6 are only available from 9am to 11am and from 6pm to 8pm.
Members can book 3 days in advance.
Members cannot book 2 consecutive dates for prime time hours (6pm to 10pm)
Choose the court number, date, and time for your playing time.
Enter the member name(s) in player2 field. Add names for player3 and player4 for doubles.
If you are inviting a Guest, enter Guest Player
[member must pay guest fee of $10+HST or the booking will be automatically cancelled within 15 minutes]
Tennis or Pickleball
For singles play the Booking Duration is 60min.
For doubles play the Booking Duration is 60 minutes(during Prime Time) or 120 min for non-prime time.
Prime Time: defined as weekday evenings from 6-11pm, excluding holidays.
Enter you playing duration.
Click on the BOOK THE COURT button to complete.
Go back to Tennis Court Booking or Pickleball Court Booking³ to see the court and times you’ve blocked
If you are changing any members name for a Guest player, you must cancel the booking and re-book with Guest player, and pay the Guest fee.
If all the court and times are booked, you can click on Wait List to be automatically notified if someone cancels.
³Note: Everyone on the wait list will be notified by email and you need to be
the first to respond to book to reserve the court
To Cancel your Booking:
As a courtesy to other members, please cancel your booking if you are unable to use the court. This allows other members to play when you cannot.
In the menu list for Tennis Court Booking or Pickleball Court Booking²
Click on View/Cancel My Booked Courts
Click on the reservation you wish to cancel.
Failure to abide by these Booking Rules will result in suspension of booking privileges.
