​Jodi Lum is a Certified Professional Instructor through the PPR (Professional Pickleball Registry) and has also completed her NCCP Instructor One certification.  Jodi teaches pickleball with the City of Mississauga and practices HighFive standards and principles.  
Jodi has achieved numerous medals in International and Canadian competitions and is a pickleball advocate in the community.  She has participated in a variety of sports throughout her life and promotes an active lifestyle, health and well being.  Jodi lives in Mississauga with her family and believes in growing the community through sport and positive play.

Ian campbell

​Ian Campbell is a Certified Professional Instructor with both the PPR (Professional Pickleball Registry) and the IPTPA (International Pickleball Teaching Professionals Association). He has achieved numerous medals in International and Canadian competitions and has run Pickleball lessons and tournaments for local City programs. Ian is an avid racquet sport player having played tennis & badminton at the University level. Pickleball is a sport for all ages and lessons are available to all members. 

​PICKLEBALL LESSONS
Sheridan Tennis Club in partnership with Mississauga Pickleball will be offering Beginner and Intermediate training sessions for players looking to improve their game. There will be 2 available dates  to choose from:

Beginner Sessions
Ideal for players who have completed STC Beginner Clinics and are relatively new to the game.
Drills for the Beginner level will focus on:
• Effective dinking • 3rd shot drop execution and placement
• Basic roll volley technique
Date: July 14th (16 spots available)  Time: 9:00 am to 10:30 am or
Date: July 20th (16 spots available)  Time: 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm 

​Intermediate Sessions
Ideal for players who have developed and improved basic skills and are looking to get to the next level.
Lessons and drills are designed to give players a strategic advantage by implementing more advanced techniques associated with dinking, third shot drops and roll volleys.
Drills for the Intermediate level will focus on:
• Defensive lift dink and offensive push dink
• 3rd shot drop execution, placement and assessment
• Forehand and backhand roll volley strategy and placement.
Date: July 14th (16 spots available) Time: 11:00 am to 12:30 pm or
Date: July 20th (16 spots available) Time: 8:00 pm to 9:30pm

Cost: Only $20 per person Spots will be limited to 16 participants per session.
Student to instructor ratio: 1 to 8.   You must pre-register to attend.
